Abraham Votroba was born in Misiones, Argentina in 1979.
He graduated as a Senior Technician in the Photographic Image at Escuela Argentina de Fotografia.
He coordinated the Portfolios Forum within the Encuentros Abiertos Festival de la Luz, from 2014 until 2017.

He has had many exhibitions, among them El velo del Tiempo (Museo de Arquitectura y Diseño MARQ, CABA, 2015), Viaje Interior (Museo de la Cárcova, CABA, 2018, Museu da Fotografía, Curitiba, Brazil 2019).

He has published the following books: Filosofia x 1 Adolescente (2000), Raices Vivas (2002), El Velo del tiempo (2015, presented at the Museo Fernandez Blanco, CABA; Oscar Niemeyer Museum, Curitiba, Brazil 2017) and Viaje interior (2018, presented at Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, CABA).
He was awarded the scholarship to the Meeting Place of the FotoFest in Houston (USA) 2018.

His photographs are in Museums and private collections around the world: Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes , Argentina; Museo de Arquitectura y Diseño, MARQ, Argentina; Museo de la Carcova, Joaquim Paiva, Brazil; Enrico Stefanelli, Italy ; Frazier King, USA; Camilla Nielsen, Austria and Elda Harrington, Argentina, among others.
